A palavra chacra vem da língua sânscrita e quer dizer roda, círculo, ciclo.
Energeticamente, é um vórtice de energia em constante movimento; também é chamado de lótus por ser como um botão de flor que se vai abrir, florescer.

O estudo dos chacras é um estudo de símbolos.
Os chacras estão no limiar entre o consciente e o inconsciente: envolvem e influenciam órgãos do corpo, plexos nervosos, glândulas, comportamentos, emoções e aspectos do desenvolvimento humano.

O que nos ensina o embrião ?
Desde o momento da concepção e durante um período de 8 a 10 semanas o embrião dá-nos as mais fundas lições sobre a vida, para toda a vida.

 







O ser humano não se torna ser humano: ele é ser humano e comporta-se como tal desde o começo e em cada fase de desenvolvimento desde o momento de concepção.
Esta é uma consideração fundamental em todas as relações, o reconhecido sentido de integridade presente no olhar que lançamos ao Outro.

Em 1995, ao iniciar a prática de kung fu, tem o primeiro contacto com as disciplinas e filosofias orientais, nomeadamente as tradições do Tao e do Zen, meditação e macrobiótica. Fez formações no âmbito das medicinas naturais, nomeadamente Zen Shiatsu, Libertação Miofascial, Crânio-Sacral. Fundamentalmente, desenvolve uma abordagem holística de desenvolvimento humano, a que chama Toque Coração.
Orienta cursos e workshops.

the need to be touched

" Humans have a fundamental need to be touched.

Numerous studies in the area of psychology have pointed to the critical effects of loving and appropriate touch on the social and emotional development of a person. They have convincingly and dramatically demonstrated how lack of touch affects the development of the mind and the body.

Being touched and cuddled is essential to healthy human development. During the early 19th century, if a  child was separated from its parents it was sent to a foundling institution. This was in effect a death sentence. A study of 10 such institutions in 1915 revealed that in all but one, every single baby under the age of 2 died. The reasons for this tragedy were unknown. Nutrition appeared sufficient. Sanitation adequate, if not overzealous. But the fear of germs and transmitions of infectious disease led to no-touch policies. As a result, the infants were seldom touched or handled."
